We can "roll back" prices, not History: Welcome to 28 - Tips of how to develop during these few dedicated days of American History!

Black History is American History. Hard stop. Let that sizzle in your spirit.

  • Black History Month (1976) originated in the United States as a way to honor and celebrate the contributions and achievements of African Americans throughout history.
  • Black History Month (1976) began as "Negro History Week," (1926) due to historian Carter G. Woodson and the Association for the Study of Negro Life and History, celebrated the second week of February to coincide with the birthdays of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass, two figures who played significant roles in the history of African Americans.
  • In 1976, during the United States Bicentennial, Black History Month (1976) was expanded to a month-long observance; President Gerald Ford officially recognized Black History Month, urging Americans to "seize the opportunity to honor the too-often neglected accomplishments of Black Americans in every area of endeavor throughout our history."

In the wake of an attack on all things American immigrant, I'm choosing to raise awareness of the irrefutable key contributions of African Americans to American history across various fields while specifically highlighting the importance of how Intentional Interchanges contributes to enhancing personal, business, and familial relationships across sex, gender, race and culture.

Something that we need to focus on today, tomorrow, the next 28 - days and forever.

This will be my first edition of #2025. I'm also going to use AI to help narrate it.

Some basic disclaimers about me and my writing -

  • We’re attacking a mindset.
  • My focus is on the mindset.
  • If you’re easily offended,????here. Unfollow. Find someone safe to argue with because we’re here for discussion, not debate.
  • Unnecessary drama and closed mindedness will be met with sincere disregard.

I abhor having to say any of these things but there's a cadre filled with internet users who are extremely fragile, due to this, there's a population of humans that choose to live in offense -

the real estate appears to be cheaper there and it's being sold, by the acre.

January 11th, 2025 I hosted the 1st Micro Intentional Interchanges SMART Goal Workshop

The contributions of African Americans and many others have helped shape the nation's history and continue to influence its cultural and social landscape. Black History Month serves as a reminder of these achievements and the ongoing journey toward equality and understanding. Because of the contributions of both historical and hidden prominent black figures, their allies, advocates and supporters, I have the pleasure of creating innovative and impactful tools that contribute to the development of today's workforce.

I stand on my ancestors shoulders.

I'm excited to delve into a topic that's near and dear to me: the power of intentional interchanges in career and workforce development.

Specifically, we'll explore 28 ways these purposeful interactions can benefit individuals seeking to enhance their personal, business, and familial relationships.

Intentional interchanges, as many of you know, are about deliberate, meaningful interactions that foster growth and understanding. Our workshops, touch base sessions and wraparound resources focus on these concepts, providing valuable frameworks for success.

Since 2022, the CHBM Services LLC Intentional Interchanges activity has been the cornerstone of the “Disruptive INC Mommy Need a Minute - Focusing on Fathers Needs” event series. This initiative was designed to address the unique challenges faced by both parents in the professional space especially single parents who often find themselves balancing demanding roles both at work and home.

Through these events, we piloted the Intentional Interchanges activity, which proved to be a valuable resource for team building among small, forming, and established professional teams.

Through the workshop specifically, we help our participant's gain insights into balancing ambition with practicality, then set goals that challenge without overwhelming.

Through the workshop(s), we're raising awareness of and introducing wraparound resources to further professional, personal, career and workforce development.

Through this edition, we're highlighting how my black excellence, intellectual property and thought leadership is contributing impactfully to American history.
