When was the last time you did everything you could but still didn't get what you wanted?
Everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have. We are all putting our best efforts into achieving what we believe is a thriving and happy life. However, circumstances aren't always in our favour, and we sometimes fail to get what we want, resulting in negative emotions like frustration and anxiety.
It's okay to have an off day, but we have to remember that every day is the beginning of the rest of our lives. Our failures and disappointments of yesterday don't have to define our today and tomorrow.
Change is the only constant thing in the world, and situations can become favourable if we have the right mindset. We must have faith in the plan that Universe has for us and keep doing what works.
Living in the present moment and living for today is the best way to get into the groove. Our attitudes define how we act, and our actions determine our outcomes.

Despite bad days, we must remember that Summer always comes after Winter, and the Sun rises after the darkest nights. Bad days will always give way to better days when we show love, respect, faith and care towards those who stick with us in thick and thin.
Remembering things that have worked for us, and keeping our spirits alive helps us focus on the brighter side. Thinking about the positive outcomes can give us hope and help us navigate current challenges.
