We can find you a job, but.......

Dear all, this is essentially an open letter borne out of frustration.

1. At m2r Education we do not discriminate against anyone. Your background, ethnicity, sex, age etc matter not a jot to us. However, we are not the ones offering the employment contracts. Our clients may have restrictions for a number of reasons. You need to understand this. Getting annoyed with us will not help, we are the intermediaries.

2. We DO NOT charge any applicant to find them a role. Offering us money to find you a job will be seen as a bribe and will instantly blacklist you. Don't do it.

3. If you are interested in a role, READ the advert in full first. There are no deviations to the requirements. Don't ask us to 'view your profile' or write 'I'm interested'. It is lazy and shows no commitment whatsoever. I have lost count of the number of times that we receive messages and the applicant has absolutely no relevant experience. Considering you are thinking about changing job and / or country, take it seriously and do your research. So, if we appear curt to such a message, now you know why.

4. We are a recruitment company with a website carrying live vacancies. So, posting messages asking what jobs we have is again lazy. Our site is well known, just visit it. In case you missed the address, it is here: www.m2rglobal.com

5. We receive over 200 CVs per day, as you can imagine, a completely irrelevant application will be deleted so if you don't receive a response this is why. We make our money by finding people jobs so if we can help, we will. 

To reiterate, we WANT to help everyone find a job. This makes us happy.
