UTILITY OF TIME: Spinning your wheels? Working thankless overtime… yet not making any real progress? Are you falling short of your predetermined goals… due to poor efficiency? Failing to engage sensible “time disciplines” will insure failure…and we Leaders MUST… exercise proven time-efficient methods to insure success.

Assigning jobs, or Plans -Of-Action, while important… is no less important than matching the “right people’ with the “proper skill-sets” to accomplish the goals within the budgeted time-frames. Again, if not done properly…then expect failure.  Failure should NEVER be considered an option.

Time is a budgeted commodity…exactly in parallel to all other require resources. We are told in Ephesians 5:15, 16 - “Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men, but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil.”    

Spending our time as “efficiently” as possible… is not the only requirement…we should also spend it “wisely” as possible. We can “be efficient” on un- appropriate projects… just as well as we could on “appropriate” matters. So…which would you rather be doing?
