Premium juices are proving increasingly popular with wellness focused drinkers, aligning with drinks occasions from bouji breakfasts to afternoon energy boosts and even cocktail or mocktail making.
Tropical fruit tamarind is the latest trendy flavour, with the sweet-sour flavour from its juice and pulp being used across everything from cocktails to coffees.
Amongst new launches, fruity flavoured drinks are refreshing menus in quick serve restaurants, brightly coloured creations are catching shoppers eyes, and coffee concentrates offer a new focus for coffee lovers.
