We brewed up something special when Novograf became employee owned

When all of us 'Novografians' became owners of the business in January last year, nobody knew what was going to happen - well, it's sure been an exciting ride as we worked together to brew up a record-breaking year!

2017 was an amazing year of record sales, record employment, and record service. By working together we achieved over 20% growth and undertook more than 2,500 installations across the UK for our customers. And to manage that record growth, we employed an extra 22 full-time people.

We believe the key to our success is that everyone here loves what we do (you can see it in our work), and we want to make sure our customers love what we do too. This is ?because as owners and lovers of Novograf, we are all so focused on producing the highest quality work for every customer, on every project.

Part of our big change at Novograf was the implementation of our Brand Realization concept. This means the days of sacrificing ‘look & feel’ in the quest for an affordable roll-out, are over. Through our ability to emulate just about any hard material, the way we effectively value-engineer customers' designs, and our efficient application of Brand Realization, we are able to cost-effectively give every store in each estate the look & feel of a flagship store.

During our first year as an employee owned business we have enjoyed great support from our customers, suppliers and each other.

2018 is already shaping up to be an even better year - bring it on!
