Yes, we're on a break. Not the kind that Ross and Rachael took , but a mental health break. I had a post-election meeting with several DEI practitioners around the country including Chanda A. Hand, MBA, SHRM-SCP and Christopher Bylone van Sandwyk and one of the things we discussed was the need, above all else, for a mental health plan.
Since I don't have one yet, this is the start of mine. I'm taking a break this week, but I'll be back next week with another issue. Until then, take a breath, pause before responding, and stay curious my friends.
