We both exchange our thoughts, we have two good thoughts

As mentioned by Swami Vivekanand, "when we exchange our thoughts with some one, we have two good thoughts together". Our mornings must start with the feeling of gratitude for being alive in this beautiful world and also have the ability to witness this marvelous world. Love for your own self and others. It keeps you elevated. Forgive everyone. Holding onto anger or resentment lowers your own vibration resulting to unhappiness. A proper plan to prioritize your works and do them accordingly. To start a fresh day you will need a fresh mind. A calm and composed mind can do wonders. All your works can be accomplished without feeling irritated, scared or bored. Practise optimism and make it a habit. Life will be more beautiful.

Why not carry good thoughts throughout the day? Why limited to morning only? suggest you to ask this questing to yourself. Further, your question indicates that there is likely to have negative thoughts during other period of day. That is why you plan to have positive thoughts at least in morning hour. I will put forward certain facts , which each of us face daily, as each one of us do not have any control on our thought. Thoughts are guided by the information stored in the mind. As situation arises, concerning thoughts appear in the mind.

Our reaction to an action is almost fixed, repetitive in nature. They arise so fast that we are hardly aware of them, so helpless do anything. Lastly, we simply fall pray to them. We just dance to the tune of the reaction. Most important aspect is that each of us is not aware of thoughts arising in the mind. In a fraction of second, thoughts are changing . There is no time to know and further judge its quality, with respect to positive or negative. That is why our reaction to an action is repetitive in nature. I propose doing the following. Let there be gap in between two thoughts. Let the frequency and wave length of thoughts reduce.

Let the person be aware of his thoughts. Let it be watched even with open eyes. Let be part of life, just like breathing system. Let it happen in every moment. This is possible, when one watches his thoughts on a continuous manner. Meditation will help in a great way in this direction. For me one should never have any thoughts in the morning which make you so incredible,active,creative,awareness,strong,healthy, etc. why i m saying such things,being open minded human being I explore lot of things which is still out of box to normal people. I m not saying outside things I mean the inner parts of our body and the way of functioning. we heard many peoples says that imagine more what your expectations,thoughts mold your life, the imaginations leads better life etc.

Below things are not a slight difficult to understand but please read carefully. I agree this things but the fact is, the more you thing the more your mind works the more your head works and the related parts get heat as same as a machine working since a long time without a break. what you expect to happen? From time by time the machine gets low running, error spotting, parts getting damaged, even the whole machine get shut down if we didn’t take care, the same goes with our body, the more we imagine the more your mind works, for more works mind needs to have more power and ability to continue.

But in this process we completely forget one thing that when we are going to give rest to your mind. for better good performance you to need to have your mind to left free, when I say free, do not take out of your head and ask your brain to roam here and there. And when I say free, means you have to do nothing including keep away your phone too, moreover you have to sit on the chair doesn’t matter with the type and place just sit and close your eye and do nothing.

Then you can notice that many of your thoughts and imaginations take place that’s because if continued work disturbance. From time by time you feel that your thoughts and imagination are getting settle up after sometime you feel light, then open your eyes that’s what is called complete relaxed mind without any thoughts. Now see the thoughts can help you or drive you to achieve what you wish for, but the for those thoughts you need to take care of your mind.

An idea came to me I am loved more and respected more than ever in present existence. I feel I am not shaken and disturbed by those unkind remarks spoken to belittle me or insult me by adverse forces. I feel I am satisfied with my patience against unwonted atmosphere and behavior from some teasers and rival entities. I will remain kind hearted, loving, forgiving and patient whenever that is required. Nature is my mother and universe is my way of life. I will not hurt someone with my unkind talks and behavior.

Normally I believe firmly I attract happiness, love, success and satisfaction from universal treasure of Consciousness. Thought comes to me and feel I love wisdom and prosperity to flourish and grow like a tree planted on the side of a stream that never is withered and grows fast to bring forth fruit and shades and birds take rest under its umbrella. Someone had correctly said that, “great things never come from comfort zones”. Many great achievers had to lose their families to prove themselves to the world like the great mathematician Ramanujan and someone even had to loose their beauty or identity to prove that they aren't coward,

Here I am talking about the brave girl Lakshmi who had survived acid attack. Today she is the great example of being positive in our life. She says "they threw acid on my face but not on my dreams". Now after all this she is leading a campaign named 'Sheroes' means she is the girl being a hero in her life and in all the lives of survivors of acid attack . So today’s thought is ‘ Just when you think the time to give up, don't think it is the most important time of your life. If Lakshmi had give up after her attack then she’ll not be standing in front of million people in Jaipur at Ted event. Cheers to her never say die attitude!
