Agile isn't Agile when there is no cultural shift! Oh really, does Agile works for Infra Managed Services and Operations?
Simple norms of Agile involves transparency, working together, mutual respect and above adhering to all, the flow shouldn't hamper the speed and agility of work.
We are aware of The four values of the Agile Manifesto:
Individuals and interactions over processes and tools - doesn't mean no process or tools exists.
Working software over comprehensive documentation - doesn't leave documenting in lame.
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation - does know the obligation and timeline.
Responding to change over following a plan - at least a sprint plan/chart exist.
So this symbolizes avoiding wastage of time, effort and focus more on progress, but progressing steadily with direction as per sprints.
Agile transformation doesn't end with adoption of the methodology, it is adaption to agile practice and getting imbibed with the culture of oneness, ease and distinctive progress irrespective of the blockers.
