We are back from ISE2022 - So what was new from SY

With the first ISE Show in Barcelona being an overwhelming success, we would like to share this update for those who could not attend the event, and recap for those that did make it.

Thank you to all of you who visited us. It proved to be a great venue, with lots of space between stands and good outside space to relax between stand tours, we are sure that the next show at the end of January 2023 will be even better. The stage is set and we shall be showing even more new products at the next event.

Our new products that we launched at ISE2022 include the new BYOD Meeting room Switch the 'Wizard 482' This device has both wired and wireless Inputs to allow everyone at the meeting to participate with any type of device. From a Smartphone, Tablet, or Laptop, every type is catered for. You can use the new 'Wand' dongle with its USB-A, USB-C and HDMI connections or you can stream directly from your Tablet or Smartphone using Screen Mirroring with Miracast or Airplay.

Our new 'Apollo 41' is a 4x1 Video Multiviewer -?This unit contains a powerful video processor and is capable of accepting 4x HDMI inputs with Fast/Seamless switching.?It can process the images to create a choice of output formats.?Use the Image Freeze function to hold a picture, Scale the inputs to suit between 1080p and 4K with complete control of Resolution and Frame Rate.?Choose which source Audio to de-embed onto your video output.?Use any of the modes to create a Multiview Quad image, PIP display or Triple image display. ? Quad 4K Multi-Viewer Switcher ? Seamless / Fast switching ? Scaler output up to 4K60 4:4:4 ? User definable Scaler. ? Image Freeze??? De-embed L/R audio output.

Also our other new Apollo product, the 'Apollo 41U' offers the same features but in addition has a built-in Quad USB switch. Allowing USB switching for use primarily for KVM.?Use Hot Keys to control the view or use Preset scenes via RS232.?Control up to four Computers from one location.?

Our addition to the Xcalibur range was the Xcalibur-11U-18G?

4K18G?/?Down Scaling / USB Extender

HDMI & USB Extender -?Using the new HX technology, Xcalibur-11U can Extend USB 2.0 data for use with KVM etc, along with HDMI 2.0 video signals.?Transmit 18G 4K @60hz RGB 4:4:4 to 120m and 1080p to 150m to an HX Receiver.

The Xcalibur-11U extender connects between a Transmitter and a Receiver unit over CAT6 cable.?The set comprises 1x HX-11U Transmitter and 1x HX-11U Receiver.?Featuring 2x USB peripheral ports, Bi-directional IR, PoC, Management EDID and Auto HDCP.?

USB Extenders launched at the show include two models. The USB-100 and the USB-50 shown here. Both are USB 2.0 devices. The USB-50 can handle a bandwidth of 480mbps over 50meters.
