We asked you: Flexible Working

Over the summer we’ve been asking you a series of questions. The latest one… “What kind of work environment do you envision for yourself?”

We all know that Covid increased the number of us that still work at home today. But what do most employees now pitch as their preferred setup? Some 20% of you sat at the extremes of the flexible working spectrum as 10% said they’d work entirely from the office, and a further 10% decided they’d rather only work from home.

The middle ground seemed more popular, with 50% of responses expressing a preference for working from the office 2 days a week, and 30% preferring working from the office 3 days a week.
