Have you heard of ChatGPT yet? It's all the tech rage right now and it's worth a try. ChatGPT is a large language model chatbot developed by OpenAI based on GPT-3.5. That is the literal definition. But what it is in human-speak, is that it is an incredible AI with the ability to interact in a conversation dialogue form. And its responses are very human.

We're used to other language models that perform the task of predicting the next word in a series of words. However ChatGPT also leverages a Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) layer to help it learn the ability to follow directions and generate responses that are satisfactory to humans.

So I thought, why not ask it a question that we're often asked here at SkillGigs.com : What is the value of a Direct Sourcing Hiring Marketplace?

From the mouth of robots — I mean AI — we have a consistent picture of what we promote as the benefits of direct sourcing:

• Overall more cost effective and more efficient.
• More job opportunities for candidates.
• A lessening of the dependency on traditional third party staffing agencies.

I was pumped to see ChatGPT response to this questions as I could not agree more.
