I hope this email finds you all in good health and high spirits. I am writing to share exciting news about a new project that is close to my heart. In the past, you received this newsletter via LinkedIn regarding my podcast. I've transitioned it to my new project.
My Passion Project
Cancer has touched the lives of many people, including some dear friends and family members of ours. This shared experience and the desire to make a difference have inspired me to start a passion project called "tryingnottodie.LIVE."
My Journey & Discovery
As you may know, I was diagnosed in 2015 with Stage IV Triple-Positive Breast Cancer. I thought bravery was pretending to be fine no matter what, but what I found was that true bravery is being honest and open, never afraid to speak up, and eager to learn and grow in the face of cancer. I also discovered that I needed the support of a powerful and caring community.
Support & Community
Created to support those Warriors who are on this journey, as well as those who support them in any way,?tryingnottodie.LIVE ?is a supportive community – a Tribe – dedicated to raising awareness, providing resources, and offering encouragement to individuals and families affected by cancer. The initiative focuses on spreading hope, sharing stories of survival and resilience, and fostering a sense of empowerment among those facing this challenging journey.
I truly believe that by coming together and combining our strengths, we can make a meaningful impact in the lives of cancer patients and their loved ones. We have created a?website ?and a private Group and community on?Facebook ?where people can share their experiences, seek advice, and find valuable resources. It serves as a safe space for individuals to connect, support one another, and exchange valuable insights.
We'll also be sharing information on how to deal with cancer in the workplace. Those who have cancer want to continue working! It's also a challenging time for business associates, co-workers, and managers.
Be sure to check out our blog and other resources on our website.
The Power of the Collective
I genuinely believe in the power of our collective efforts. Your expertise, compassion, and influence can play a vital role in making this passion project a success. I would be honored if you would join us on this journey and contribute in any way you feel comfortable. Your support can be as simple as spreading the word about?tryingnottodie.LIVE ?within your network, joining our Facebook Group, or sharing your personal stories of resilience.
I urge you to get involved. Let's work together to make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly.
