Opening the door to more homes for South Australians

From no stamp duty for first home buyers on all new homes to fast-tracking land releases and training more workers, the State Government has released its Housing Roadmap with the aim to get more South Australians into a home.

One of the most significant challenges Australia is facing, is the national housing under supply and its impacts are being felt across the state.

To help address these challenges, the Housing Plan and a $2.6 billion investment will accelerate initiatives to get more South Australians into their own home and support low-income and vulnerable South Australians to access housing that meets their needs.
