How was your January?
We had a dynamic start to the year.
January began with incredible momentum as we launched and successfully delivered the first session of the CMI programme, welcoming a fantastic group of enthusiastic learners. Each of them is eager to enhance their leadership and management skills through an accredited and recognised programme, and we couldn’t be more excited to support them on this journey!

Celebrating Success!
Amidst all this excitement, our learners didn’t miss the chance to celebrate completing their programme! They came together for a well-earned meet-up over drinks, and it was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, networking, and shared accomplishments.

Monthly Webinar Insights
Our monthly webinar, Strategic Career and Goal Planning for 2025, was an outstanding session filled with powerful insights from Abiola Oke (Chartered FCIPD, FCIPM, FIMC, CMC) and Gabrielle F. . We were delighted to see such an engaged audience, making it one of our most interactive sessions yet! It was fantastic to witness participants actively joining in the activities, creating a truly dynamic and enriching experience.

A Proud Milestone Achieved!
Hard work, perseverance, and a passion for learning have led me to a significant achievement. I ( Natasia Hieber MA Chartered MCIPD PGCE ) am officially QTLS and MSET certified! This marks the culmination of two years of dedication to professional development in teaching and learning, and I could not be prouder of this journey.
Of course, no success comes without its challenges. A few setbacks over the summer tried to slow me down, but giving up was never an option. With determination and the incredible support of my professional mentor, I stayed on track and reached my goal.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who encouraged me along the way. Here is to lifelong learning, growth, and the exciting journey ahead!
