How was your Month of February?
We started February with a focus on Neurodiversity a topic on which many HR professionals have requested further guidance to help them support line managers who are struggling to assist employees who have disclosed special needs.
We were keen to get the message across that these individuals are of a huge benefit to organisations, despite the stigmatism that they face in the workplace environment. Hiring Neurodiverse employees brings a wide range of benefits to organisations, including diverse perspectives, enhanced problem-solving skills, increased productivity, and a more inclusive work culture. By embracing neurodiversity, organisations can foster innovation, improve team dynamics, and gain a competitive edge in today's diverse and dynamic workforce.
We believe that our live webinar; with some last-minute guest speaker additions, managed to convey this important message.
