"We already talk to our customers."

Technology Vendors that are considering a Gartner partnership may be hesitant to leverage analyst insights because they already have a large and engaged customer base or because the company leadership has extensive experience in the market.

Both of those may be true but leaders understand better than anyone else: the only certainties are death and taxes. Change is constant, unavoidable, and accelerating.

How do you leverage insights from your customers, partners, and prospects without exponential increases in resource allocation as you grow?

Outsource it. But to who?

Who in the world is talking to that many people, on a continuous basis? Who is advising your target buyers on the market trends? Who is helping your prospects develop a strategy that leads to your product? Who are your customers brainstorming with about their needs in 2020 and beyond?
