We All Have the Right to Stand Up, Speak Out, Stay Safe!

I have to talk about the importance of standing up, speaking up, and being safe from bullying.
If you witness something that doesn’t feel right, it is important to take a stand and speak up. Ignoring it will lead to accepting and even justifying bad behaviors, which is a huge step backward.
This undermines the efforts of those who have worked hard to fight injustice and causes a delay in cultural progress. It is a sign of a lack of civilization and a societal setback. There have been many accomplishments, and we must continue to strive toward a fair and just world.
Today, we feel that it is common for a woman to drive, to run a marathon, but it took generations of brave women to normalize these achievements.
So, when we witness or experience abuse and have the means and access to report it, standing up, speaking out, and staying safe are moral obligations. There are institutions, instances, laws, and goodwill in support of this.
If someone is experiencing harm, it is essential to speak out and seek help to prevent the abuse of power from continuing. It can be difficult to witness others being hurt, but it is crucial to remain composed and follow the protocols set in place.
Abuses are complex, and seeking support early in the process is important. Talking to competent professionals about it can protect victims and help them gain the confidence to speak out without shame or fear of retaliation.?
There are normally 2 types of professionals that must be involved early on in the process:

Having an established relationship with such professionals in times of peace can be a great time saver in turbulent times.
