Talent Acquisition Partners are in charge of identifying and attracting the right people who will blend in with our culture and fulfill our mission and business goals. They are in charge of the entire “end-to-end” hiring process, which includes engaging with talents from different fields and expertise, sourcing candidates from numerous channels, screening, assessing, interviewing, selecting, and managing the total offer and onboarding process. Within their scope of work, they work very closely with hiring managers to understand the qualifications, skills, and experience required for various roles within the organization.
