We are Niki, Davy, Johan, and Stijn, the founders of Four Dimensions.?We launched Four Dimensions three years ago and made a fresh start in the fall of 2022 with a new story, slogan, branding, and website.

Where we come from

As if by chance (or maybe coincidence does not exist?), we started to work together on a large-scale digital transformation program.??Defining a new business model, setting up a brand-new digital platform, moving from a traditional organization to an agile product organization, setting up multidisciplinary teams, … all these challenges forced us to combine our talents of business modeling, solution definition, technology architecture, change and communication into one integrated story. A story of hard work, true friendship, and intimate collaboration. Not just on paper, but in practice, in an existing organization, on the floor, resulting in remarkable results.

Digital innovation is all about people

It is from this intense co-working experience that we became completely convinced that impactful digital transformation cannot be realized in silo’s. That a true multidisciplinary approach is needed to make digital innovation create real business value.?

And above all, the deep realization, that digital transformation is all about people. How they get inspired, how they are involved, how they work together to make the change happen.

Our desire to bring this energy and team spirit into more and more companies, has driven us to start up Four Dimensions, a co-creation partner for digital innovation.

How we can help

Digital innovation is often approached in silos. As a result, internal interests take the upper hand and the focus on value creation for the customer is lost. With Four Dimensions, we look at your digitalization challenges from different perspectives and develop with you integrated end-to-end solutions.

Of course, we start from the?business?perspective. What is your business strategy? What are your business needs? What are your challenges today related to digital? Is there a need for more efficiency, quality, pressure from the competition, or a new company strategy? Are your projects running out of time and out of budget? Be aware, before talking about solutions and technology, we will be asking the why question over and over again, until it almost drives you crazy. Because we do not like to throw money at things that will not bring any value at all.

Starting from your business perspective, together we will start to explore?solutions. And by solutions, we do not mean technology solutions only. Technology on its own cannot create any value. A real solution is only viable if it integrates all aspects: from customer experience, over technology, cost, pricing, communication, processes, organization to service management and support. Designing solutions is a fantastic journey with many stakeholders, workshops, experiments, close client collaboration, and eureka moments, but also with unspoken expectations, hidden agendas, and wrong interpretations. It’s our job to bring you clarity into this jungle.

Of course,?technology?can no longer be ignored in today’s world. And of course, we do not work from a blank sheet of paper. Your organization probably has already many technologies in place. Defining a technology architecture that is aligned with your business ambitions and considering your existing solutions requires ingenuity. We are tech agnostic, so we are free to choose the technology solutions that best fit your purpose. And we do not stop at the design level. Designing an architecture is one thing, but a commitment to deliver the solution including build, release, and maintain processes is the real challenge.

Probably the most underestimated perspective in digital innovation is the?organizational?dimension. Digital innovation often means customer centricity, and customer centricity cannot be realized without also putting the customer at the center of your organization model. This may impact your current organization model very deeply, and these changes must be guided by a clear vision, with thoughtful actions and respectful change and communication.
