How to Use Meta Business Suite

Meta Business Suite is a powerful tool that streamlines the management of your business's social media accounts and simplifies the process of maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

Getting to Meta Business Suite on your Desktop…

?1. Log in to Facebook

2. Click your profile photo in the top right

3. Click ‘See all profiles’ and select the page you want to use

4. Click your page profile picture in the top right

5. Click ‘Meta Business Suite’

6. Click ‘Content’ in the left menu

7. Click ‘Create post’ in the top right


?Now you're where you need to be, let's put a post together…

1. Select where you would like to post (Facebook, Instagram or both!)

2. Add your image or video

3. Enter your text (This will be the caption below your images)

4. Select any extra bits using the icons below the text box (Location, how you are feeling, etc.)

5. Click the toggle next to 'Set date and time'

6. Enter what day and what time you would like your post to go out

7. Decide on your privacy settings

8. Click the blue 'Schedule' button!
