Great insights packed Neil. Here in my region, most parents have already planned for their kids to became a doctor, engineer or lawyer. If a child is dedicated about his or her career, then support him or her with books, courses, internships and other opportunities. I remember Terence Tao of how his parents supported him to become a mathematician.
