Wash. Community Buys RV Park for $6.5M, Plans Upgrades
The Port of Woodland (Wash.) in late August announced its acquisition of the?Columbia Riverfront RV Park?in Woodland for approximately $6.5 million, according to?The Reflector.
The nine-acre RV park, which has operated for decades, is situated along the Columbia River, nestled between existing Port of Woodland properties to the north and south. The location features 76 sites, a pool and a clubhouse.
