SDCOA Addresses Property Rights in Support of New Bill

The?South Dakota Campground Owners Association?(SDCOA) initiated a legislative bill that unanimously passed out of committee this week. It addresses property owner rights and is known in Pierre as SB185, according to a press release.

RV Tech Inst. to Host Training Before TACO’s Spring Show

On April 28, the?Texas Association of Campground Owners?(TACO) will host an?eight-hour RV technician training session?in partnership with the RV Technical Institute in Conroe, Texas. The course will take place the day before TACO’s?Spring Meeting and Trade Show, which is scheduled for April 29 and April 30, according to a press release.

Several years ago, the association pushed for and gained enactment of an ejection law, and a law to provide immunity from the inherent risks of camping, both at the request of their members, according to a press release.
