Judge ‘Heavily Fines’ Wash. Park for Eviction Issues
A judge brought down the hammer against the owners of the Beacon RV Park in Ilwaco, Wash., on Thursday (Dec. 14), ordering the couple, Michael and Denise Werner, to pay $926,500 in penalties for issuing unlawful eviction and utility shut-off notices when they first purchased the park in early 2022, according to the?Chinook Observer.
