Ways of Working
PMI Netherlands Chapter
The PMI Netherlands Chapter represents PMI in the Netherlands.
Are you having fun at work? We make fun of many things, such as the weather and soccer games, but do you also make jokes in your project teams? I recently came across an article on the PMI website, which is nice food for thought during the upcoming summer break, and you can start practicing right away! Including humor in our ways of working will bring us, the PMs, and the project (success) a lot. It positively impacts many power skills like communication, motivation, leadership, and conflict management. And remember the health benefits. We can deliver, make a difference, and have fun at the same time ??
After the summer holiday break, we hope to have some fun with many of you at the Summit. There are still tickets available, so I hope to meet you there. It’s promising to be a varied program. Check out the topic in this newsletter on the different seminars we have. There is something interesting for everyone.

FAQ
You have questions, we answer them.
By Technology and Operations Team
What if a person receives PMP after receiving CAPM? Are the PDUs from the CAPM period valid for the PMP?
Yes, you can start earning and reporting PDU activities after earning a PMI certification. Activities you completed before your first certification will not count as PDUs towards any new accreditation. PDUs can be used to maintain more than one certification. You can find it all in the PMI website's Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR) Handbook.
