Ways to Improve Your?Quality of Life!
Many people see training, nutrition, and other self-care activities as time-consuming.
There are some things you can do on a day-to-day basis, without consuming most of your day.??The truth is, there are MANY small things you can do on the daily basis to improve your overall quality of life.
Here, we will discuss our best tips and activities.??It is up to you to schedule them into a convenient, one-hour routine, every single day!??If you do that consistently, you will dedicate nearly 400 hours of work per year on yourself.
What Can You Do for Your Body?
Establishing certain habits that will nourish your body is not that difficult; especially when you compare that to the many things you are NOT doing to live a better life.
Think about it, all your bodily functions and processes are automatic (ie. you don’t have to think to digest). Your body is a smart organism which consists of a community of cells.??This organism is trying to keep you alive and healthy.?
Here’s what you can do to support the life of your community of cells.
Be Active?
Optimal health occurs when all your bodily systems are working normally and with balanced chemistry.?
The Musculo-skeletal system is one of the largest systems in the body.??As complex as it is, the human body was made to MOVE, which is why a stagnant, sedentary lifestyle may increase the risk of worsened quality of life.???
When some people hear “training at the gym” they think of weightlifting.??Lifting weights is not the only activity you can or should do.??Other body work, such as hikes, climbing, swimming, running, and sprinting are ways to train.??Enjoy the various body training activities to improve your quality of life.??
Eat Nourishing Foods
Though the body synthesizes many of the nutrients it needs on its own, there are certain essential nutrients that the body requires, but can’t produce. Eating the proper foods in the right amounts is essential when it comes to giving the body what it needs.

Protein and fats are two essential nutrients that play major roles in many important bodily functions.??Although carbohydrates, on the other hand, are not essential but can be a good tool to use when trying to optimize high-intensity training performance.
Manage Stress
Although nutrition and movement are important for your wellbeing, stress management is as important.??Excessive stress shuts down the body’s growth, the immune system, and kicks the heart & brain out of sync.??This inner chaos translates into feelings, emotions, and actions in the outer world, making your overall experience a stressful one.
Stress management is not the easiest thing to practice, but it can be done.??Take 10-20 minutes of your day to sit down in a quiet room and reflect on your day.??Analyze which stress factors are persistent and be intentional about responding in a different way to those things.??
Remember, stress management is about an inner regulation of your reactions to things and an improved lifestyle.
Conclusion
Your body works automatically.??Use your body the right way and feed it with the right food, fluids, thoughts, and awareness!??All the right mindsets, actions, and emotions will fall into place and set a life flow of greater quality.
Be prepared to experience a positive change on your lifestyle journey to an improved quality of life.?
Enjoy the journey,
