- Share an accomplishment at the beginning of board and staff meetings.
- Set Up a newspaper interview, radio, and/or tv appearance at least twice a year to share success.
- Ask board members to present success and accomplishments to their colleagues once a year.
- Invite at least 3 community partners on-site to celebrate accomplishments with staff once a year.
