Ways of Adatabillity in Bangkit Academy 2023

I recently had the incredible opportunity to be part of the Bangkit 2023 program, and it has been a transformative journey that has enhanced my adaptability in various ways. The program challenged me to adapt in five key areas: ways of interacting, achieving, learning, working, and thinking. Here's a glimpse into my adaptability experiences:

Ways of Interacting:

In Bangkit Academy program, I met many people with various backgrounds, which required me to be good at interacting even in virtual meetings.? I have built a project team, which has a close relationship that can work together to work on a collaborative task very well, namely a company-based project proposal.

Ways of achieving:

We were encouraged to develop and pursue ambitious goals as part of the Bangkit programme. This meant that I had to modify my approaches to success, whether they involved pushing myself to new heights, coming up with creative solutions to difficult problems.

Ways of learning:

In the Bangkit Academy program I have learned a lot about machine learning I also learned many things in terms of soft-skills in the ILT session. In addition, bangkit has a large community that can be an opportunity for me to learn IT skills, especially machine learning. I realized that continuing to learn and becoming a long-life learner will lead me to success and make us competitive in this dynamic technological era.

Ways of working:

In the Bangkit Academy program I got to know the main values that bangkit brings to all its cohorts. What I really highlight is that in learning and works plagriasi is something that is strictly prohibited. This is what we must uphold when we work in the bangkit program.

Ways of Thinking:

Bangkit Academy program really changed my mindset to be more open. The thing that has changed the most is that I have a growth mindset, because previously in learning certain things, for example public speaking, I was a person who had a fixed mindset just because I was shy to speak publicly. However, now I am more confident and open in learning anything.

In summary, my experience with Bangkit 2023 has expanded my horizons in the tech and improved my adaptability. I am appreciative of all the amazing encounters and people I have encountered along my journey.
