Adaptability is not just adapting to changes. But adaptability is how we adapt to changes in the situations around us while continuing to develop. There are 5 ways of adaptability, including interacting, achieving, thinking, learning, and working.
Ways of Interacting
The first is ways of interacting. During this program, I have interacted with a few people through Discord and online meetings. Building relationships and feeling comfortable in a new environment takes time, but making efforts to build connections and adapt to the new environment is important to gain a supportive network.
Ways of Achieving
My ways of achieving during this program are writing down my goals and trying to have a growth mindset. By doing this, I believe I can stay on the right track to achieve my goals.
Ways of Learning
When joining Bangkit Academy 2024 By Google, GoTo, Traveloka, I realized there are many ways to learn. For example, I can do online self-learning anytime through the Dicoding and Coursera platforms. Moreover, this program also has ILT-SS and ILT-ML sessions to help me gain new soft skills such as time management while improving my understanding in the data field. I once heard a quote that said:

“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” - Confucius.
This quote shows that no matter how long the time we take to learn, it doesn't matter if we don't stop learning. This includes accepting that the learning process itself as an achievement.
Ways of Working
Our ways of working are extremely related to our adaptability, especially when working on the capstone project later. I plan to implement the four quadrants of time management in the capstone project to help me effectively collaborate with the team. While continuing to push myself to develop and prepare to face future challenges.
Ways of Thinking
Changing my mindset to a growth mindset really helped me to keep growing. For example, with a growth mindset, I will see failure as one of my processes to achieve success. This may sound cliche, but I believe that instead of mourning over the failures, it would be better if we kept trying to develop our skills while praying to God for better things.
In addition, that is my version of the ways of adaptability that I have implemented during my bangkit learning process. Additionally, don’t ever be scared or shy to express your ideas. Even if you do not feel like you have the best thoughts, your expressions are still valuable!
