I love this impactful word by Stephen Hawking, one of the most brilliant theoretical physicists in history who once said,

"Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change."

The Way of Interacting

When dealing with a new environment, I am encouraged to use English as the primary language in Bangkit. Although it's a new challenge for me, I am always willing to improve my English to be able to adapt to my future professional career. The differences in online interactions provide an interesting experience in Bangkit because we have to keep building communicative and efficient interactions with each other.

The Way of Achieving

Consider the motivation of learning pushed through by more achievement. I took an approach by separating my task responsibilities into smaller tasks so that small achievements become very valuable for me. I realized that being persistent through the process is a meaningful step at Bangkit.

The Way of Learning

I am grateful to have a mentor who always monitors our learning progress at Bangkit. Moreover, Bangkit facilitated us with professional instructors, which allowed us to learn through study cases based on their experience. One thing that means a great deal to me is that I meet some peers from different majors with different knowledge backgrounds so we can discuss and brainstorm together to learn new things.??

The Ways of Working

Commitments in the process to maintain my growth, I often work eight to ten hours a day while I study at Bangkit. The Pomodoro approach is a method that is quite effective for me to manage my time in working my tasks to get done. It’s not easy but it also takes me to make as much progress on a task as possible.

The Ways of Thinking

Bangkit equipped me to have a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset as the fundamental of thinking. Reflecting on my first ILT (instructor-led) soft-skill session having a growth mindset means I am in control of my own growth. So, when I found obstacles in adapting, I faced challenges in ways that helped me to grow.?
