Wayne Rooney set to leave Man United in ￡100m Chinese Super League deal?

According to the Mirror, Wayne Rooney is at the centre of an incredible ￡100 million deal to lure him from Manchester United to China this summer. The Red Devils have reportedly received a ￡27m bid from an unnamed Chinese Super League club, believed to be Shanghai Shenhua, to take Rooney from England at the end of the season. The club is prepared to offer him ￡500,000 a week for a three-year deal to see off another Chinese club ready to enter the battle for the forward.
