Transform Your Mornings to Transform Your Days from Stress and Overwhelm to Balance, Productivity and Calm

Sometimes getting back to the good habits is the hardest! But not impossible- let’s get into it.

Last week I talked with a client who felt so frustrated about work, felt stressed, pressured and with her own words, her brain felt suffocated by overwhelm.

The emotions were intense and while she knew she needed to change the mornings, her mindset and get back to her good self-care routines- she felt she was not able (or willing to do it). Of course that added more angst.

The ideal is not ideal for everyone

There are countless self-help books that tell us how to create a successful and super-productive day. They suggest waking up very early, getting up like a space rocket, stopping the snooze, following the 5-second rule, doing yoga, exercising, jumping into action right away, meditating, journaling, eating healthy, having a large breakfast, planning and visualizing our days, listening to something inspirational, setting the mindset, and using affirmations.

But, let’s be honest. Most of us don’t have the time to do all of that every day. It feels overwhelming and unattainable for many. However, it does matter greatly what you do right after you wake up and what I offer is not telling you what to do but helping you to create what works for you. A well-structured morning routine can set a positive tone for your entire day, enhancing productivity, mood, and overall well-being.
