The way to get consistent results

Personally I am passionate about Biblical principles. I consider the Bible not just a religious but the best personal development book as it transformed my life

It was in the year 2004 one of the lowest points of my life when everything was falling apart, all the choices that I had made turned out to be wrong especially the financial mess I was in.

At that time I was led by my friend Vansant to start reading the bible. I initially started reading the Bible like a story book and suddenly started to notice a pattern .. there were instruction to do certain things with a promise of an outcome ..

for example there is an instruction to give away 10% of what you earn with the assurance that you will get back much more, in fact the wording was to test God

“ Test in this, says the lord almighty and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it “ (Malachi 3:10)

To get out of this mess I had decided to become vulnerable and just do as what is written in the bible I started to give away 10% of what I earned and did it consistently for a few months, the best part was though it was a painful decision I was feeling good about it

Suddenly one day after a few months I get a call from by earlier boss who had moved to another company he asked me if I want to change my job I readily agreed and got 50% hike and in the next two years my salary increased about 600%.

from that time onwards the bible became alive to me . I studied the bible in a way to learn the principles and started to implement them in my life and started to see the results the more my faith increased.

I was so fascinated with the bible that I enrolled in the seminary to do a Bible study and then teach the bible in my church .

However though i was getting benefitted with using the principles in my life I was struggling to replicate the results with others when i was trying to teach them

In the year 2020 I came across another church doing bible study class which put all the personal transformation principles as part of a process and taught it as a system or program

I was excited with the results I was seeing people get when they went through the program especially in their personal development

So I reached out to them and got the notes and they taught me the system. I decided to implement the system

I would every two weeks prepare the presentation and deliver on Zoom .. i was just doing it like a task just executing the system that was set

At the end of the year something magical happened. People had so much of transformative stories to tell and I was in shocked .. for me I was just following a process or system and nothing more but people had been getting results in their lives

The following year I wanted to test if this process works not just in my church community but also out of the church community, so the following year I had invited the business community to also join this bible program on personal development.

At the end year as expected I noticed transformative change in their personal lives however to my surprise there was substantial impact on the their business also, in one of the testimonial Nilesh who runs a business seen business growth 2x year on year growth even during the pandemic and attributed his business success to the program

I have been teaching the bible program for personal development (Discipleship course) for many years now and have the following 3 learning

1.? Your earning capacity or the growth of the business or careers is limited to the extent you grow, the more we invest in our personal growth automatically we will see improvement in all others areas of our life including our business or careers

2.?Principles are Gods automation, it does not differentiate who uses them, anyone can use the principals and get the results ??

For the Principles to work effectively there has to be an order in the way they are implemented to get the best results .

So the best way to get the principles to work is to put it as part of a system or a process

3. Most of the time we are aware of the principle's or what needs to be done but find it difficult to put into practice, the key is to have a system or a sequence of steps which which are easy to implement to get the results they desire.

The system has three main components

A) The sequence of steps : The order of steps to be followed to get a result

B) The principle : Its Gods automation it will work we have no control on this step

C) The implementation : How the sequence of steps is followed

So when we are using a system and not getting the result then there are two areas which we can tweak to get the results ie change the sequence of steps is that is followed or change the implementation how we execute the system … (The principle we cannot control )

So when do we know if we need to change the sequence of steps or the way the implementation is done

• If the system is not giving results for anyone using the system then look at changing the sequence of steps in the system that trigger the principle
• If some people are getting results then we start to tweak the implementation part of the system to make it simple and easy to use

?So the best way to get consistent results is to create the best system (the correct sequence of steps) which triggers the required principles which are simple to implement .

I have been fascinated with the power of systems i am currently on this search of getting the right sequence to be followed for businesses to scale up without getting burned-out

My new years resolution is to find a system that helps businesses to scale their business in and easy and effective manner and document it as part of a book
