Reducing the Deficit of 5.1 Billion persons worldwide without Access to Justice can be effectively done with a large population (thousands) of fully trained Para Legal Service Providers as opposed to a few hundred with LLB Degrees.

London University has the Physical and Lecturer Infrastructure to combine with the fantastic methodology of Coursera Inc. to get the job done, in my humble view.

In my country alone, 137 Electoral Districts, training 10 persons in each District is 1,370 persons, in a minimum of 10 Modules of LLB Subjects at Certificate Level is 13,700 additional learning for said persons.

Doing the Pilot in 100 of the 220 Countries now Independent of British Rule is Millions of persons minimum, now able to assist their respective countries (and we have a small population of 1.4 Million).

The trainees pay for their Certificates under management of the Non-profit MAVAW, our Attorney at law and a Chartered Accountant with wide experience in Project Development.

Have already contacted a sitting Senator of our Parliament and will be asking him to introduce a Bill for the Legislation of Para Legal Service Providers, as soon as they are trained, Certified and coalesced into an Organization, ready and willing to work with our Law Association and Court System here, servicing our beautiful Trinidad and Tobago.

Three Courses have shown me personally, the quality and quantity of learning, available with this London/Couresa Inc. combination and I have no doubt that the essential Modules in Law, when; if not already compiled and prepared for delivery, will do the same.

COVID-19 will be here for a long time, please let us not waste the opportunity to profit from the time made available to improve our Education System with Online learning.

Face To Face Classroom Learning is going to lose its Primary Attention in the near future.

Yes Senator, the learning in 4 and 1/2 months was fantastic and recorded totally for future reference and sharing.

Presently pushing forward to have London University and Coursera start a Diploma in Law Program with all the Modules of the LLB at Certificate Level and getting a minimum of 4 persons from our Electoral Districts to participate.

A thousand of our Citizens fully trained and competent to assist others without Access To Justice, minimum of 4 in each District, is a better option than 1 man with LLB Degree.

This will mean that once successful and all who complete this course can coalesce and start a Para Legal Service Providers Company or Association, which will try to get Legislation formalizing them and giving acceptance from Parliament to function in Court and pursue Legal Education Certificates at Hugh Wooding Law School.

We cannot continue to operate in this dysfunctional Court Environment. Expensive Lawyers, Complexity of Legal System, Massive Backlog of cases and thousands incarcerated for many years, with simple charges of using obscene language.

Eventually therefore, your status as a Senator may be called upon to introduce a Bill in the Senate.
