【Product Name】Wax Emulsion COW-3

【Introduction】It is emulsified by special oxidation polyethylene wax, recommended

for cellulose fiber and blended yarn or knitted fabric.

The product is suitable for waxing and softening treatment of wound packaged and

skein, protect yarn strength effectively, and surface of yarn is smooth, can improve its

suitability. At the same time, apply to the knitted fabric needle hole arrangement, can

effectively prevent sewing needle holes in the process of production, improving the

fabric sewing.

(2) Reduce friction resistance between yarn and machine.

Dipping Process: COW-3 Emulsion 0.5～1.5 % (o.w.f)

Dipping（40℃×15～20 min）→dehydrate →oven dry（100℃）
