Renault Nissan Tech has once again been recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies for Working Women in India by AVTAR, for the sixth time in a row. Initially acknowledged in 2018, the organization has consistently demonstrated its commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.

In the comprehensive Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) study, which drew participation from over 300 companies from across industries, Renault Nissan Tech excelled in key dimensions of gender diversity policies and practices. These dimensions included Gender Profile, Career Enhancement Program, Measures for Prevention Of Sexual Harassment (POSH), Flexible Work Structure, Parental Provision, Work Life Programs, Inclusion, Commitment, and Accountability. AVTAR Group & Seramount, after evaluating these parameters, have listed Renault Nissan Tech among the 100 best companies for women to have sustainable careers in the Indian industries.

Philippe Pelletier, HR Vice President - Transformation & Asia, India HR Head, and Global Business Services Managing Director at Renault Nissan Tech, had the honour of being a speaker on the CHRO Panel Discussion, “The Caring Organization,” during the 2023 Best of the Best Conference.
