Whether we realize it or not we are both unique and connected at the same time.?We are one and the same much like the wave is both unique and connected to the ocean.?The awareness of this connectedness is often blinded by our ego-based fears.?Developing the ability to recognize and move through our fear will help to reconnect us with our self and each other.?
