Boost Productivity and Creativity: The Power of a Digital Detox for Leaders (Your Thursday Three Things for Thursday, 5 September 2024)

Hey everyone,

Jon Macaskill here, back with your weekly dose of wellness and leadership tips. This week, I’m gonna cover something we all know we should do, but probably don't do enough: a digital detox. Yep, we’re talking about stepping away from the constant stream of notifications, emails, and screen time to reset and recharge. "Completely agree—boosting productivity is all about finding systems that work for you. I’ve found that focusing on one task at a time really helps. By the way, I’m part of organizing a webinar on effective time management.
