Water Softener Types: There are two commonly used water softening technologies for water softeners. One is to remove calcium and magnesium ions from the water through ion exchange resins to reduce water hardness; the other is nanocrystalline TAC technology, namely Template Asisted Crystallization, which uses nano The high energy generated by the crystal packs the free calcium, magnesium, and bicarbonate ions in the water into nano-scale crystals, thereby preventing the free ions from generating scale. It is easy to form insoluble precipitates (scale) in the process of daily life and industrial water use, which will bring many inconveniences to life and production, such as: hardness High cooling water will cause scale formation in the heat exchanger, seriously obstruct the water flow path, greatly reduce the heat exchange effect, and cause perforation corrosion to damage the equipment; when used as boiler water, it will scale on the heating surface of the boiler, and the thermal conductivity will change. Poor; textile printing and dyeing will cause spots on the fabric, affecting the appearance and quality of the product, and so on. The working principle of the softener is to use the exchange effect of the groups in the ion exchange resin to remove the hardness components in the water such as Ca2+ and Mg2+ by plasma replacement to achieve the purpose of softening the hard water and reduce the damage caused by the scale in the subsequent pipelines and equipment. Extend the service life of the equipment. The water hardness after single-stage or multi-stage softener treatment is ≤0.02mmol/L. The failure of the softener needs to be regenerated with sodium chloride, and the operation is extremely convenient.
