Euphrates River and Tigris River are important & running out in the area of Iraq and the water in Iraq is depleting and will be an environmental disaster.
South Asia, India, Africa, and Europe are water stressed. Out of 37 Countries globally facing water distressed 15 are in the Middle East including Saudi Arabia at the top of the list for water shortage.
Water is as important as farm land.?Albeit water can be wasted too much on agriculture.
The Jordan River is important to Israel and Palestine.
Building Damns in the Middle East has hurt agriculture.
NASA (north Africa) has 6% of the global population and less than 1% of the water global resources.
Iraq needs global immediate attention with water.
70% of desalinization plants are in Saudi Arabia and UAE.
Solutions? According to The UN states the Middle may run out of water by 2030 A.D.
More efficient water use. And make more clean water.

Despite droughts, in the past decade, Israel has improved Technology in water uses. 87% of sewage water in Israel is turned into agriculture water. 80% of Israel drinking water comes from desalination (reverse osmosis) plants. Israel is promoting water conservation, recycling, and conversion.

(Desalinization water cost twice as much as imported water however, the investment of time is worth it...)
Russia, Moscow, and may places are having Food & Water & Economy shortages AND problems which leads to conflict.
In the USA more cars and vehicles with better advancements both electric and gasoline are needed. And Batteries need to be made in the USA. The USA economy needs jobs and gasoline prices and low inflation and food & water & education & Health & Ethics (God) as other countries and livelihoods.
