Water Induction Nozzle

Water Induction Nozzle, also called WIN nozzle, is a simple yet very effective dustless solution. The system works as well as any wet abrasive blasting equipment, and requires no special sandblast apparatus, and uses only a modest amount of water—it all adds up to a powerful low-cost tool that expertly combines impressive cleaning power with a high level of efficiency. The Structure and Theory of Water induction nozzle:?As shown in the photo below, the water induction nozzle (WIN) draws water into the abrasive and mixes the water with the abrasive-air mixture, which results in the atomization of the liquid droplets that are incorporated into the abrasive blasting stream. As these droplets accelerate, they collide with solid particles, perhaps resulting in liquid-coated particles. This nozzle eliminates visible dust emissions.?

No special equipment is required. Nozzles use a standard 1" I.D. blast hose and can be used as a wet or dry blast nozzle. Water consumption is much less than with other wet blast systems, only 3/4 to 6 quarts per minute depending on the level of dust suppression desired.?
