Our body contains 70 percent water, and our brain contains 90 percent water.
There are lots of reasons to drink water every day. The basic need of water is 1 liter on every 20 kg. of weight. Like if you are carrying 80 kg. weight then you need to drink 4 liter or 16 glasses of water everyday.

?? Water helps prevent kidney stone formation. Water cannot directly improve kidney function or prevent infections of the urinary system. However, it indirectly affects the work of these organs. So, in a dehydrated body, toxic substances accumulate, which create a favorable environment for the multiplication of various bacteria. As a result, they eat away at the mucous membrane, cause inflammation and painful processes. In order to prevent that, you need to drink clean water.
