The current Electronic Court Filing system
(ECF) ?is an integral part of Civil litigation and is used in Federal and State courts.? It is a tremendous benefit to expose the Judicial corruption and misconduct at all levels.?
Unintended Benefits!
Perhaps, an unintended benefit for victims of Judicial crimes, exposing dirty Judges and dirty lawyers at all court levels.?
?
?**More needs to be done and is coming fast to New Jersey. ?As ?reported by Nikita Biryukov of the New Jersey Monitor,
New Jersey’s judiciary will begin live streaming appellate hearings and publicly posting briefs filed in such cases that are not under seal.? A pro-transparency action, using new technologies. ??The court ?will be required to post complaints, responses, and reply briefs online five days ahead of such hearings.?? ???
And further; ?the article quoting Chief Justice Stuart Rabner? ??? ?as follows:?
?“And as technology evolves, it affords greater opportunities to expand public access to the courts,”
?“An engaged and informed citizenry improves public trust in the courts and strengthens our justice system as a whole.”?
