Watch out on several issues on white color acrylic wall construction

So many showroom, workshop, office willing to decoration with white acrylic wall, for the purpose to bring modern and technology ical atmosphere. While some of them paid & learned a lot from failed decoration by takes wrong process technic.

First lesson for the #acrylic wall thickness, which depends on the color. If choose white color code 402 as most customer prefer to use, better to choose the thickness 8mm-10mm at least. This also depends on the room space, and the light source. Acrylic sheet color 402 is not in full opaque as its character, some light will get through, which is one the reason to choose higher thickness sheet.

Second lesson is that the wall without any pre-process, which as experience the wall should be covered by full opaque white film. And also the silicon adhesive should be evenly spread on the backside of acrylic sheet. ( This is important),

As picture on the right side, silicon adhesive "dot" putted on the backside of the acrylic sheet, and it could be seen from front side, which is not beautiful.
