I will also be on Fit to Fat to Fit on @lifetimetv Monday, January 8th.There will be 6 episodes running as a marathon starting at 6pm. 

If you are not familiar with this show, Drew Manning @fit2fat2fit gained around 75 pounds as a trainer to empathise with his clients and then he lost it all! He wrote a book and now I will be on the second season of the TV show. 

Yep, you will see me gain a lot of weight and then lose it??The past couple of years have been like a roller coaster and I cannot wait for you all to see it come to life on the shows!
