How do you behave with people around you?

The way you behave says more about you then the other person.

Do you respect and behave well only with people who seem to be richer or more powerful than you? Do you behave well only with people who can give or do something for you?

Do you behave rudely and without compassion just because they work for you or might not be as materially fortunate?

If you are someone like that, pause and think. Why do you do that?

Is it because your self-respect is derived from the external? Do you feel you are ‘someone’ only because of the clothes you wear, or the car you drive, or the house you have, or the way you look or the position you have?

If you are someone like that, you are in for a shock. Because all those things are so transient in this vast Universe. None of it is permanent.

Your job can go. Your business can go. Your car can go. Your clothes can go. Your home can go. Your health can go.

No matter what position, home or social standing you have, it won’t matter in a few hundred years. In the vast Universe, it isn’t even comparable to a small speck of dust.

But the moment you realize, you are much more than all that is transient, you discover the secrets of the eternal, you will realize you are one with the vast infinity.

You will discover that you and every part of this existence is one and part of a beautiful cosmic dance.

And when you, me and every creation is part of this cosmic dance, why should we blinded by the superficial?

Why not start seeing this wonderful unity in all? Why not start treating everyone the way you would like to be treated? With love and gratitude.

If someone is serving you, thank them from your heart. If someone is sweeping your floor or picking up your trash, than them for doing it.

They are following their Karma. No work is too small or too big. We all are playing our roles.

The moment you let your ego and arrogance blind you, you will be stopping yourself from feeling higher states of bliss. You will always be having an inner conflict, your ego will restrict the flow of life energy within you.

And will stop you from experiencing the wonders of this beautiful human form.

The human form is special, make the most of it by letting go of your ego and treating all with love.
