Waste sector described as “critical” by UK Government

I, for one, was heartened that the UK Government granted “key worker” status to those in the waste industry along with the oil, gas, electricity and water sectors, acknowledging the essential role we play in keeping the UK going.

I have also been touched to receive all the “critical supplier” calls and e-mails from many of our clients in these vital industries, ensuring we can still supply during the shutdown. 

Like our clients during these difficult times, here at GWS we have been working as “normal” or should that be the “new normal” throughout to continue to deliver our industrial vacuum equipment up and down the country and across Europe. It’s great to know we can do our part, by helping you do your vital jobs to keep the country running.
