WASCZ｜January Exam Results

It is always a pleasure to celebrate success. At WAS Changzhou, we are fortunate to be able to celebrate many successes!?The results from the January External examinations are another opportunity for us to do so. Once again, we are able to celebrate excellent results from our Grade 11s and Grade 12s. Despite the conditions at the time due to the pandemic, our students showed resilience and were able to acquit themselves to the task of preparing for exams.

The excellent results obtained demonstrate the talent and academic drive our students possess, as well as the high quality of teaching and learning at WAS Changzhou.?Several students have attained full scores in their exams. Many more students have attained A grades in all their exams.

From all of us here at WAS Changzhou, we offer all students who have received their January results our congratulations.

In Grade 12

Many students have done exceptionally well. These exams are extremely challenging, and it is wonderful to be able to share their successes with you. With not long to go before they sit their final exams in the summer, and then go off to university, our grade 12’s are very well placed to attain excellent overall results in the summer.

Highlights for Grade 12 are as follows:

A. Yang scored solid A grades in Biology and Chemistry.

J. Chen has attained three A grades in Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Two of these scores are full marks. This now gives him four perfect scores in Physics, four perfect scores in Biology, and three in Chemistry.?Jason has already attained an A* in Maths in the previous academic year.

R. Xu has attained five A grades overall, three of which in Further Maths, one in Physics and one in?Chemistry.

J. Zhu has attained four A grades across Chemistry, Physics Maths and Biology.

A. Dong, with 6 A grades across Physics and Maths!

M. Jin has scored four A grades across Maths and Physics.

J. Li has scored two excellent A grades in both Chemistry and Physics.

A. Qian scored five A grades across Physics, Chemistry and Maths.

I. Wang scored three straight A grades across Physics and Chemistry.

A. Wu scored four A grades across Physics and Maths.

A. Ye scored straight A grades in Further Maths, with one of these a perfect score.

J. Zhou scored three A grades across Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

C. Zhu has four A grades across Business, Economics and Maths. He also has one perfect score in Business, and a near perfect score in Economics.

In Grade 11

This is their first set of A level modular exams, and it is very pleasing to see how well these students have risen to the rigorous demands of A level study. As a consequence of these excellent results, our students are also very well placed to attain excellent results in their summer examinations. Highlights for Grade 11 are as follows:

S. Ding has five A grades and all of them are perfect scores across Chemistry, Biology and Maths.?

E. Wang has scored five?A grades across Maths, Chemistry and Physics,?all of?of which are perfect scores.?

K. Jia has five A grades across Maths, Physics and Economics, four of which are perfect scores.

J. Guo has scored five A grades across Economics, Maths and Physics. Three of these are perfect scores.

S. Yin and Y. Zhang both have five A Grades each across Chemistry, Maths and Physics. Simon has three perfect scores, and Yoyo has four.

O. Xu has four A grades across Physics and Maths, all of which are perfect scores.?

E. Gu has scored four A grades across Chemistry and Maths. Three of these are perfect scores.

D. Zhang has scored four A grades across Physics, Chemistry and Maths, with a perfect score in Physics.

W. Wang has attained four A grades across Physics and Maths, three of which are perfect scores.

K. Li has four A grades across Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths. He attained a perfect score in Chemistry.

A. Sun has scored four A grades out of his exams in Chemistry and Maths, in two of his Maths exams he has perfect scores.

J. Wang has attained four A Grades across Maths and Physics, with three of these as perfect scores.

A. Li and J. Zhang have three A grades across Biology, Chemistry and Maths. All of these are perfect scores.

L. Li has three A grades across Biology, Chemistry and Maths. Two of these are perfect scores.

N. Zhu has three A grades in Maths, two of which are perfect scores.

I. Gao has attained three A grades in Maths, two of these are perfect scores.

K. Zhao has three A grades across Physics and Maths, one of these is a perfect score.

J. Fan and J. Li have three A grades across Physics, Chemistry and Maths. They each have two perfect scores.

A. Lin has three A grades across Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Two of these are perfect scores.?

M. Xie has three A grades across Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Two of these are perfect scores.

J. Hu has three A’s across Chemistry, Biology and Maths and a perfect score in Maths.?

J. Gu has three A’s in Maths, one of these is a perfect score.?

L. Shao has three A grades in Maths, two of these are perfect scores.?

E. Ding has two perfect scores in Chemistry and in Maths.
