?? Location: Currently at the southern end of St Kilda Rd, moving to a state-of-the-art headquarters in South Melbourne in 2024.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead warranty and defect administration using Aroflo software.
  • Ensure superior customer service by managing escalations and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and communication.


We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in customer service, ideally with a property/maintenance background.

Is a problem-solver with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a positive, proactive attitude.
